I stumbled upon this recipe one day I was trying to make some bolognaise sauce and then changed my mind by adding red kidney beans. It worked out great so I cooked some rice and had one of the best improvised dishes I had cooked in ages.

Ingredients

– 250 grams of beef mince
– 300g can of red kidney beans
– 300g can of tomatoes
– 1 chopped onion.
– 1 teaspoon of cumin
